The Fox Valley is a plant economy. Foundries, paper converters, packaging plants, truck builders and the contractor yards that serve them run thousands of lift trucks, clamp trucks, yard tractors, dump bodies and aerial devices. Those machines have a different hydraulic life than a tractor: shorter hoses, higher cycle counts, mast hoses that run inside channels, and clamp rotators with large bore circuits.
We fix them where they sit. A forklift with a weeping tilt hose gets lowered, blocked and handled on the dock. A clamp truck rotator hose is made on the truck with the flange ends it needs. A dump body with a rusted steel line gets a new section bent and flared in the yard. Each machine gets its own line on the invoice, by your fleet number, because that is how plant maintenance tracks it.

Fleet inspections that produce a list, not a pitch
Once or twice a year we walk every machine in the fleet and write down, per unit, what is cracked, weeping or rusting. The list is priced from the public table, $120 to $250 per machine for the walk, and you choose what to change and when. Most fleets change the worst third on the spot and schedule the rest.
Early calls and paperwork
Contractor yards want hoses changed before the trucks leave at six. Book it the day before and we stage the call early. Plants want a purchase order number on the invoice and a line per machine. Tell us on the call and it comes that way.

Can you repair a forklift hydraulic hose at our dock without moving the truck?
- Yes. The lift is lowered and blocked and the hose is made on our truck and fitted on the dock, usually under an hour.
Do you handle large bore clamp truck hoses?
- Yes. R12 and R13 four and six wire hose with code 61 and 62 flange ends is stocked for exactly that.
Can we get one invoice per machine number?
- Yes. Tell us on the call and the invoice carries a line per unit with your fleet number and PO.
What does a fleet inspection cost?
